Who controls your data
QuickBytePK, at Silver Oaks Luxury, Plot No 7, F-10/4, 10th Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan, is the data controller for information collected through this website and the licence system. Send questions or requests through the contact page and mark them for the attention of our data protection contact.
Where you use Attestra to issue credentials, you are the controller of those records. We never receive them.
What we collect
When you buy a licence
- Your name, email address and (optionally) company name.
- Billing country and any VAT or GST number you give us, so we charge the right tax.
- The domains you register against your licence.
- A record of what you bought and when.
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They pass through their systems, never ours — we see only the last four digits and the card brand on the receipt.
When you request a trial key
- Your email address and the domain the trial is for.
- The date the key was issued, so one-per-domain works.
When the plugin checks its licence
- Your licence key, your site domain, and the plugin version.
That's the entire payload. No credential records, no holder names, no site content.
When you browse this site
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps.
Why we collect it
| Data | Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, company | Deliver your licence, send receipts and support | Contract |
| Billing country, tax number | Charge and report the correct tax | Legal obligation |
| Domains and licence key | Enforce the site count you paid for | Contract |
| Trial email and domain | Issue one trial per domain | Legitimate interest |
| Server logs | Security, debugging, abuse prevention | Legitimate interest |
What we never do
- We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.
- We don't read, copy or transmit the credentials you issue.
- We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for. Product emails are about your licence, updates and security.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers we need to run the business, each handling data on our instructions:
- Payment processor — takes payment and issues receipts.
- Email provider — delivers licence keys, receipts and support replies.
- Hosting provider — runs this website and the licence server.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. If we're ever acquired, licence records would transfer with the business, and we'd tell you before that happened.
How long we keep it
- Licence and purchase records — seven years, because tax law requires it.
- Trial records — twelve months from issue, then deleted.
- Support conversations — two years, so we have context if you write again.
- Server logs — ninety days.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only where they do a job:
- A session cookie during checkout, so your order survives a page refresh.
- A preference cookie if you dismiss a notice, so it stays dismissed.
No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. If you block cookies entirely, everything still works except remembering an in-progress order.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data, where we're not legally required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Send your data to another provider in a portable format.
Send the request through our contact page, choosing Licence, billing or refund as the topic, and we'll respond within 30 days, free of charge. If you're in the UK or EU and you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
Our suppliers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Security
Everything moves over TLS. Licence and account data sits on access-controlled servers, passwords are hashed, and only the people who need access have it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we'd tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data in a way that matters, we'll email licence holders before it takes effect. The date at the top of the page shows when this was last revised.
