Who we are
Attestra is software published by QuickBytePK, based at Silver Oaks Luxury, Plot No 7, F-10/4, 10th Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean. "You" is the person or organisation using the website or the plugin.
You can reach us any time through the contact page.
Accepting these terms
By buying a licence, requesting a trial key, or installing the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an employer or client, you're confirming you have authority to do that.
If you don't agree with something here, don't install the plugin — and if you've already paid, ask for a refund within 14 days and we'll return your money.
What your licence allows
A licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Attestra on the number of WordPress sites your plan covers:
- Solo — 1 site
- Studio — 3 sites
- Agency — 5 sites
- Enterprise — as agreed in writing
Staging, development and local copies of a licensed site don't count against your total. You may move a licence between sites as often as you need by deactivating it on the old one first.
The full grant, including what happens on expiry, is set out in the licence agreement.
Trial keys
Trial keys unlock every feature on one WordPress site for seven days from the moment they're issued. No payment details are required.
- One trial key per domain and per email address. The same pair won't be issued twice.
- Trials are for evaluation. Credentials you issue during a trial are real records in your database and stay there afterwards.
- When a trial lapses, the plugin stops receiving updates and support. Your data is untouched.
- We may decline or revoke a trial key if it's clearly being used to avoid paying — for example, cycling addresses to chain trials together.
Payment and renewal
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Taxes are added where required by your billing country.
Licences run for a year from purchase and renew annually unless you cancel. We'll email before a renewal charge. Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us — cancelling stops future charges and doesn't affect the term you've already paid for.
If a payment fails we'll retry and let you know. If it stays unpaid, the licence lapses; your installation keeps working, but updates and support stop.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the plugin as your own product.
- Remove, disable or work around the licensing system, or share a key beyond your plan's site count.
- Use Attestra to issue credentials you know to be false, or to impersonate an awarding body you have no authority to represent.
- Use it for anything illegal where you or your users are located.
The whitelabel feature is there so agencies can present the plugin as part of their own build for a client. That's fine. Packaging it as a separate product you sell is not.
Your data and your credentials
Credential records live in your WordPress database on your hosting. We don't hold copies, can't read them, and don't need to. You are the data controller for anything you issue, which means the people named on your credentials are your responsibility — including their rights under whatever privacy law applies to you.
Details of the little data we do process are in the privacy policy.
Availability and support
The plugin runs on your server, so its uptime is yours, not ours. What we provide is updates and support for the term of your licence, on the response targets shown on the contact page.
We aim to keep the website and licence server available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. If our licence server is unreachable, the plugin keeps working — activation checks fail gracefully rather than locking you out.
Liability
Attestra is provided as-is. We've built it carefully and we stand behind it, but we can't guarantee it's free of defects or fit for every purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the plugin or this website is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, or loss of data.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Attestra at any time by deactivating and deleting the plugin. We can end your licence if you materially breach these terms — most obviously by redistributing the plugin or defeating its licensing — and we'll tell you why before we do.
If we end your licence for a breach, no refund is due. If we discontinue the product entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of your term.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll email licence holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Attestra after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away rights you have under the law where you live.
