The promise
If Attestra isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to explain yourself and we won't try to talk you out of it.
We'd rather refund one person quickly than have them feel stuck with software that doesn't fit. If something specific went wrong, we'd love to hear it — but that's a favour to us, not a condition of the refund.
How to request one
- Go to the contact page and pick Licence, billing or refund as the topic.
- Include your order reference — it looks like
ATT-2026-8H4KQ2and is on your receipt. - Send it. We'll confirm within one working day and process the refund straight away.
The money returns to the card or account you paid with. Once we've processed it, your bank usually takes 5–10 working days to show it — that part is out of our hands.
What happens to your licence
When a refund is issued, the licence key is deactivated. Attestra stops receiving updates and support, and you should remove it from any site it was activated on.
Your data stays yours. Credentials you issued during that time remain in your WordPress database. Export them to CSV before you uninstall if you want to keep them — nothing is deleted from your server by us, because we can't reach it.
Renewals
Renewal charges get the same 14 days. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we'll refund it and cancel the subscription.
To avoid renewals entirely, cancel from your account or drop us a line before the renewal date. Cancelling doesn't shorten the term you've already paid for — you keep updates and support until it runs out.
Outside the 14 days
After 14 days we don't refund as a rule — but we're people, not a policy engine. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something on our side genuinely failed, write to us. Those get fixed regardless of the calendar.
The one exception
We may decline a refund where a licence has clearly been bought in bad faith — for instance, buying, redistributing the plugin, and then requesting the money back. This is rare, and we'll always explain our reasoning rather than just refusing.
Try before you buy
The simplest way to avoid needing a refund is to take the free trial first. It's seven days, every feature, one site, no card. Most people know within an hour whether Attestra fits how they work.
